Another small victory

Another small victory this week: Yesterday a judge granted an extension on our Temporary Restraining Order extending temporary protection from any trees being removed. The judge is going to schedule a trial to occur within the next couple of weeks that will determine the outcome from there.

Your voices are being heard! The public outcry and concern that a valuable resource is in danger is starting to persuade decision makers to slow down and assess what will be lost if developers are permitted to build there.
