Land at heron nest site sells despite lawsuits, no approval

A $1.4 million sale has gone through despite no final approval of the development site and despite pending litigation.

Land targeted for development that contained a great blue heron nest colony has been sold.

International Properties, LLC has closed on 30 acres of property owned by Steve Connelly in Rochester Township for $1.4 million, records show.
