Rochester Township meeting Thurs, Oct 14, 7PM - please attend!

On Monday evening, October 11, the Township Planning & Zoning Commission voted to DENY the developer’s General Development Plan (GDP). The decision now moves to the Rochester Township Board, which we expect will decide on Thursday, October 14, whether or not to follow the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendation. The Township Board does not have to follow the recommendation, however, and can make its own decision.

Please attend the meeting and ask that the Township Board members accept the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendation NOT to approve the General Development Plan. In person attendance is encouraged, but a call in option is also available.
