The Olmsted County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 9AM on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, in the Council/Board Chambers of the Government Center, 151 4th St SW, Rochester, MN, to consider the following:
Olmsted County Land Use Plan Amendment #O2021-001LUPA to redesignate approximately 30 acres from “Resource Protection/Potential Suburban” to “Suburban Development” on the Olmsted County Future Land Use Map and Olmsted County General Development Plan #O2021-001GDP by the applicant International Properties LLC Aderonke Mordi, on behalf of the owner Steven Connelly for a general development plan for Pavilion Estates, which includes 10 single family residential lots. The property is located in the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6, Rochester Township, west of Lilly Farm Subdivision and north of Boulder Creek Subdivision.
