UPDATE: Rochester Township Planning and Zoning Commission has cancelled the public hearing originally scheduled for April 13, 2021 at 7:00 pm.

Per Randy Staver, Clerk / Treasurer, Rochester Township: Due to the Olmsted County Commission postponing the LUPA decision regarding Pavilion Estates until May, the Rochester Township Planning and Zoning Commission has cancelled the Pavilion Estates* public hearing originally scheduled for April 13, 2021 at 7:00 pm.

Neither the Rochester Township meeting this Thursday the 8th nor the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on the 13th will be taking up this topic. 

The township website (“Staff Reports”) now reflects this change in the agenda. The township website has a page with documents related to Pavilion Estates*. Please watch this space and check our Facebook group page for updates!
